I love a lot of patterns, but this one is right up there with my all time favorites. It is also the pattern I have made the most of. The sweet tee (by Patterns for Pirates) is one of the most simple and quick sews of all my shirt patterns - and these are the top two reasons why I love it so much. This was one of those patterns I kept going back and forth about buying. I wasn't sure it was something I really needed at the time. With about an hour left in the release day sale I decided 'what the heck' and bought it. I think it was love at first sew (that's a thing right?) We all know how hard it can be to find time for sewing with all the other things going on in our lives, and that's what makes the Sweet Tee a must have pattern. With only two pattern pieces (for the short sleeve version), I can sew one of these up in less than 30 minutes. I can dress it up or down, and I also make my comfy 'around the house' shirts out of this pattern. It's got a small dolman sleeve so it's flattering but for those who don't love dolman's, this is definitely different.
